15 minute initial phone call for new clients
Service Description
The best step to get started with training is to book either a 1:1 session in person, or a "New to Fundog Gundog" session. With both of these we will be able to meet in person, and I will be able to assess your dog and your needs and advise accordingly. If this is not possible, then a 15 minute "discovery" phone call can be booked, subject to availability. Please note, I will not be able to give specific training advice without meeting you and your dog.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the following for private (1-2-1) bookings: 1. Payment is due at the time of booking. 2. Any bookings unpaid 7 days before the session start will be automatically cancelled. 3. Within 7 days of the session cancellation and refund is not possible, however rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the session. 4. After 72 hours before the session has expired, rescheduling is at the discretion of Fundog Gundog. No refund is available.
