Service Description
The New Puppy Home Visit is specifically for new puppies who are waiting to join the group Gundog Puppy class (whilst waiting for second vaccinations). They can only be booked as the Gold Puppy Package, to include the puppy classes as well- please head to Plans and Pricing to book. What to expect? The first 19 weeks of a puppy's life is a very specific developmental period, and so this home visit takes advantage of this time by getting you started on your training journey as soon as possible, supporting fun and structured learning from day 1. During the home visit we will go through some activities to start work on introducing games to build your relationship and develop desired behaviours. We will discuss expected natural behaviours and how to support the puppy through that, as well as how to manage and build house training. The session will last 90 minutes, with plenty of breaks for your puppy and lots of discussion time. The basic price is for clients within 10 miles of BH21 7HW, additional charges will apply for travel time beyond that distance. Please contact me directly for details of availability.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions available on the website prior to booking. By placing a booking with Fundog Gundog you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted them. Payment for all Fundog Gundog courses, pre-assessments and private training must be made in advance. Please note that it is the student’s responsibility to ensure payments are made in full and on time. If you fail to pay in full within the specified time your booking will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation and rescheduling As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our schedule and ability to provide our services to other clients. To ensure that we can continue to offer the highest quality training services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice Requirement- group classes, workshops and drop ins 1.We kindly ask that you provide at least 14 working days if you need to cancel a course. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for a place. An admin fee of £5 will be charged to cover costs. 2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 14 days Notice or after a group course start date) Cancellations made within 14 working days of the scheduled session, or once a course has started, will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is necessary to compensate for your place that cannot be reallocated on short notice. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. 4. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 14 days notice. Rescheduling within 14 days may result in the session fee being forfeited, as per the cancellation policy. An admin fee of £5 will be charged to cover costs incurred on any rescheduling required. For a full list of Terms and Conditions please ensure you have read our policy, available on the website.
